We value your privacy. Below you’ll find a brief explanation of what happens to your data when you join our Pre-Order reservation list. We operate in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

1. Who is the data controller?

The data controller for the personal information collected through this website is the project creator, Grzegorz Gaj. You can direct any privacy-related questions to kontakt@planlab.pl.

2. What data do we collect and why?

During the reservation process, we ask only for your name, email address, and an answer to one survey question about the number of clients you currently coach.

We process this data solely for the following purposes:

• Securing your place on the Pre-Order list.

• Informing you when the app launches (currently planned for October 2026).

• Sending you the most important updates about the project’s development (no spam).

3. Legal basis

We process your data based on your freely given consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed by clicking the button confirming your reservation.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We will retain your data until the app launches or until you decide to withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from the list.

5. Your rights

At any time, you have the right to:

• Access your data and request its correction.

• Request deletion of your data (the “right to be forgotten”). Simply email us and we will remove you from the database promptly.

• Withdraw your consent to be contacted.

6. Who do we share your data with?

No one. Your data is not sold or shared with external marketing companies. It is stored securely and used only for communication between the project creator and the user.
